Edward Kelly, BBA, CEO / Director

Mr. Kelly is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of management experience in sales, marketing and business development. The majority of Ed's experience comes in the form of working with private and public companies where he has served as an officer and director of ClickHouse.com and Dajin Resources. Mr. Kelly has been involved in the public markets since 1989 as an investor, as well as assisting in raising capital for both private and public company ventures. Mr. Kelly is a turn around specialist who has rescued several private ventures in real estate and food. His keen business eye has helped him identify hidden opportunities and then implementing the right strategy to execute.

Oliver Foeste, CPA, CA, Chief Financial Officer / Director

Founder and Managing Partner of Invictus Accounting Group LLP providing accounting advisory services to publicly listed companies headquartered in Vancouver and privately held companies in BC. Experience working with large multi-national operators including mining companies with operations in Latin America and oil & gas drilling service providers with global operations.

Mark St.John Wright, B.Sc. MBA, VP Operations & New Projects

Trained as a research chemist & process engineer with experience in heavy industry, metal purification and extraction. Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector expertise in product research & development, production, logistics and distribution. Consultant for KMPG and District Sales Management with Loomis & DHL. Entrepreneur with multiple successful networking and internet marketing businesses.

Rafael Rossi, Director Finance & Administration Peru

A senior executive with over 30 years' experience in professional and managerial positions with private and public companies. Most recently spent 16 years as Senior Finance Manager and Controller at Barrick Gold Corporation's operating subsidiary encompassing Barrick's Pierina and Lagunas Norte mines in Peru. Previous experience also in pharmaceutical industry and in major public accounting firm Arthur Anderson. Certified Public Accountant, with accounting degree from the Catholic University of Peru, and also an MBA from CENTRUM Catolica in Peru.

Bruce Bragagnolo, Chairman of the Board Director

Mining executive Mr. Bragagnolo is the co-founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Timmins Gold Corp. a Mexican-focused gold producer, and also the co-founder and the former CEO of Silvermex Resources Ltd., a silver explorer which was acquired by First Majestic Silver in 2011 for a market capitalization of $120 million. While at Timmins Gold Mr. Bragagnolo oversaw the administration, business development strategy and the financing of the Company through its IPO and the acquisition and construction of its San Francisco Mine. He spearheaded the subsequent listing on the TSX and NYSE-MKT, and the acquisition of the Caballo Blanco Project, the Ana Paula Project and the El Sauzal Mill. Mr. Bragagnolo has been responsible for structuring and raising over $120 million in equity and debt for Timmins Gold and overseeing the growth of the Company as it transitioned from junior developer to a +100,000 oz. per year gold producer with a peak market capitalization of over $450 million. Mr Bragagnolo a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia. He graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School in 1983 and was called to the bar in 1984. From then until 2007 he practiced law in Vancouver, with an emphasis on securities law, start-ups and mergers and acquisitions, at which point he gave up his practice to become the CEO of Timmins Gold and Silvermex.

Richard A. Mundie, Director

Mr. Mundie is a well-respected Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant that has numerous years of executive leadership experience with key organizations in the global mining sector. His career included roles in finance, corporate development, marketing, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Mundie began his career at Bethlehem Copper which was acquired by Cominco. At Cominco he continued to progress his career into senior financial roles. In June 1992, he joined Teck Resources Limited ("Teck") as Vice President of Special Projects, and went on to serve in a number of executive roles including Vice President Marketing, Vice President of Commercial, Vice President of Asian Affairs and as Teck's Chief China Representative. Over the past couple decades, he has served as an independent director for a number of TSX and TSX Venture listed entities, and for many of these he has held the position of Chairman of the audit committee. Currently Mr. Mundie serves on the board of directors of Taseko Mines, where he is also the audit committee Chair. Mr. Mundie obtained his Chartered Accountancy designation after graduating from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
